காங்கோ ஜனநாயகக் குடியரசில் எபோலா நோயால் உயிரிழந்தவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 223 ஆக அதிகரித்துள்ளது.
இது தொடர்பில் உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பு வெளியிட்டுள்ள தகவலில், எபோலா பாதிப்புக்குள்ளானவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை தற்போது 906 ஆக அதிகரித்துள்ளதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
உகாண்டாவிலும் ஒன்பது எபோலா பாதிப்புகள் பதிவாகியுள்ளன, அவர்களில் ஒருவர் உயிரிழந்துள்ளார் எனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
